Descriptionmade from two joined horns: the bowl is carved and spread from one horn, fitted into the hollow at the base of the handle which is formed from the second horn. join is secured with 3 copper rivets. the bowl is a streaky, translucent brown in colour; the handle is black with a shiny finish. the tapered, backward curving handle is carved with 4 figures; these possibly represent, from bowl up; frog, raven, man? (with animal ears, fins), sea bear (?) and small man.
