Descriptionsmall basket with lid of spruce root. base has radial z twined start with double warps with single row z twining alternating with a broad passive weft. body is done in closed z twining. rectangles of orange and green dyed grass are false embroidered, four cross patterns on the body. lid also has these four deccoratioins plus a knob on top. warps are cut off at the rim of the basket and lid.Exhibition HistoryArt Museum London and hamilton Ontario (4-56)
