DescriptionCarved wood bowl, very weathered, with remnants of red and black paint. A 10 sq. cm. section is missing from one end of the bowl with evidence that the broken off section was once laced on with sprunce root in a repair. Remnants of the lacing are still visible. The bowl has raised ends and dips at the sides in between. The raised ends each have a carved human face design; the eyes are slit as opposed to open.On View
