DescriptionTwo black and white photos of pioneers at Rose Harbour in 1935.
Photo 1 shows Basil and Anne Richardson and their son Keith standing in front of a house (only the porch and a window are visable on the house). There is an animal (a dog?) visible between them.
Photo 2 is of a man standing in a decomposing whale carcass. In the background there are two buildings visable. The man is facing away from the camera and is carrying a long handled tool.
