Descriptioncarved of wood. painted mostly black, with details in red and blue. body of seated figure has metal chain around arms and chest. nails used in construction. hair on top of human is attached to removeable wooden plug.description in 'Haida Myths' - a third headdress or perhaps a puppet like hand device is more elaborate. it consists of the water blower a horned monster resembling a bullhead fish, carrying on his head a person, Haida or Tsimsyan, who sits eagerly, mouth open, holding his bent knees between his hands and wearing on his head a three tiered headgear from which a tuft of long hair dangles.
