DescriptionBlack and white photo of the wireless station at Ikeda Bay. It cost $12, 205.00 to build. Had a 228 foot mast. It was connected by trail to Jedway Mines 2 miles away. The first telephone line on the Charlottes ran from here to Ikeda Mines and over the mountains to Jedway, about 4 1/2 miles. It was closed in 1920.On View
