DescriptionCarved argillite pendant of a bear's head, frontal view. A piece of red catlinite has been affixed in the area of the jaw and is carved to represent the mouth. Ivory inlays are used for the teeth, and abalone inlays for the eyes. Back of pendant is hollowed. Inscription on back reads "CW 85".On View
