Descriptionblack argillite pipe. bowl with woman's head carved in front; long hair, cross hatcheed collar, Roman nose. a creature rests on his back on the stem. it has a large hooked nose and a elongated tapering head. sixx octopus like tentacles emanate from his neck and wrap around the stem and a smaller creature in a canoe which rests between teh larger creature's head and the bowl. smaller creatures head and upper torso only are exposed with his hands wrapped around a tentacle. large ear like extensions eminate form octopus like creature's head and wrap around stem near mouth piece. they are incised with ovoids.
