DescriptionCarved argillite bowl in the form of a beaver with a human face above tail. Inscription on base reads "Haida Beaver CW '86". Mouth is inset with carved red catlinite. The teeth of the beaver and of the human are ivory, and the eyes of the beaver and of the human are inset with abalone.
