Descriptionhat of fine spruce root. top has a radial start in z twining. joint between top and crown is a single row of multi ply z twist twining. crown is of z twined spruce root separated from brim by a single row of 3 or 4 ply z twining. brin is decorated with concentric diamon pattern in twill twining. braideed rim. headband inserted inside in coarse z twining covered with a band of green wool material. green wool ribbon tie is attached. painted decoration on top consists of a very small red five pointed star in the centre and a thin red badn around the perimeter. design on crown and brim is of an animal with split profile head with five rings above its nose painted in red and black. design concentrated on lower half of hat.
