Descriptioncarved from a bowed mammalian rib bone. proximal end has been rounded; distal end is rounded point with part of point missing. bone has been split lengthwise exposing nutrient foramina on bottom surface. hole drilled 1.6cm from proximal end. sides notcched on either side of hole. distal to hole is pencilled "571 (5)". brown fibrous residue is in nutrient foramina on bottom surface.
