Descriptionlarge head of brown stone, carved in shape of ravven head flat, back of birds head is the hitting surface. bird has 2 small animal heads caught in its beak. cedar bark hafting ties through birds mouth, wraps around top of T shape of polished wood handle.perforated maul, complete, carved stone head attached to wooden handle by withes which pass through head and around platform on handle. handle curves slightly, has platffor at end which joined tree. platform is rectangular. head, of fine brown stone, has circular striking surface, expanding to become head of a monster bird, with eyes and large hooked beak. withes pass through open mouth, and a killer whale or blackfish is held in it, the head on one side, tail on the other.
