Descriptionwhale design in red, back black. Newcombe notes "yew wood with gut lanyard. whale design painted on the inside. used ceremonially." bow with 5" narrow band grip in centre unpainted and tapered at ends. wide flared areas painted wtih profile of killerwhale, each facing toward centre, design red against natural, with solid red out to ends. back of bow painted solid black, except for natural band in middle. small angular knobs at each end hold lanyard.
