Descriptioncarved 'Chief and his crest of the Bear', deeply on one side, carved chief's face, curved nose (pegged in place), large eyes middle area of face and chin painted rickets blue. nostrils and lips red. other side, painted only back mainly with line of red to mark row of uniform teeth. sides sewn shut. end of handle wrapped with cord. small pebbles inside.
