Descriptionwith metal point attachede by copper wire and root. size of groove at point suggest this not the original lashing. spear has parallelogram cross section, with 9 pairs of symmetric barbs. rectangular hole near end is off centrre, for lanyard. 7 lateral lines incised between hole and rounded end. for ffur seals.
