Descriptionhalibut hook, shaped as rounded v, of hemlock bent at a knot. point of iron rests in groove at side of end of one arm, tied with spruce root lashing, which also winds around to end of point. lashing around this arm in middle. other arm has 4ply rope of spruce root attached by root lashing.
