Descriptionlarge, open curved sides, painted box with steamed corners, now all broken apart. sides sewn to thick carved base (deeply cracked). each side a different design in low relief, all painted black and red on natural wood. ends slightly higher, one end, small face in centtre wiht red painted claws below, and filler deisngs, other end, centre top. eyes with beak and eye filler designs. one side centre, face with full .. of even teeth, opposite side 2 large faces at sides, red painted face in centre (deep crack runs along both sides)..colleccted in Skidegate
