Descriptionflaring cylinder type with the sides exteending out from teh base at an angle so that the diameter of the once circular mouth is greater than the base. convex circular base has a radial start of spruce root fastened with a weft of same in two ply z twist twining technique. the foundation is then bent over the sides to become the warp with the body worked as above. decoration consists of four concentric bands of z twist twining wiht the weft dyed brown. 8x repeated > motif is woven in 2cm band aroudn the mouth in z twist twill twiningg technique on a background of plain twining. to form the rim, the warps strands are truncated just above the last weft row and secured with a row of thre ply z twist twining.collected in Masset
